Pricing
Amazon agency pricing, quoted after we read your account.
A rate card has to guess at your account. We read the account first, then send a written quote with the scope, the work and the cost.
Why there is no price list
Two sellers ask what it costs.
Both sell supplements on amazon.com, both spend about the same on ads each month, and both send the same question: how much do you charge?
The first account is in good shape. The listings are indexed, stock cover is healthy and the campaigns are only built badly. That is aPPC management job: restructure, then run the account every week.
The second account's campaigns look much the same. But half the catalog is a variation family that was split years ago, three listings are suppressed, and the best-selling ASIN runs out of stock every six weeks. Better bids won't help while those problems are in place. It needs anaccount audit and a repair phase before regular management starts.
A price list would quote them both the same. The first seller would pay for work they don't need, and the second would pay for PPC management without the listing and stock problems being fixed. So we look at the account first and write the quote after. You can see how that has worked on real accounts in the case studies, and who does the work on the about page.
That look is free. Send us the marketplace, the channel and what is going wrong. Within one working day you get a written read of the account and a quote.
Five things that decide what Amazon management costs.
These apply to any Amazon agency or consultant. Knowing them helps you compare quotes, including ours.
Which channel you sell through
Seller Central and Vendor Central are different jobs. Seller Central means pricing, Buy Box, FBA inventory and advertising in your own account. Vendor Central means purchase orders, fill rate, chargebacks and cost negotiation, where Amazon sets the retail price.
How much of the account we run
PPC on its own costs less to run than full account management, where catalog, advertising, inventory and account health are handled together. Most quotes cover one of those two scopes.
Catalog size and marketplaces
Twenty ASINs on amazon.com take less work than two hundred ASINs across the US, UK and four EU stores. Each marketplace is keyword research, listings and campaigns in its own language. See listing optimization.
Monthly ad spend
Bigger budgets mean more campaigns, more search terms to review and more bid decisions a week. Ad spend affects how much work there is to do. We do not charge a percentage of it.
The state of the account today
A clean, working account needs regular management. One with suppressed listings, split variation families or an account health warning needs a repair phase first, and the quote says how long that phase lasts. The variation listings guide covers the most common repair.
Amazon agency cost, answered.
- How much does an Amazon agency cost?
- It depends on the channel, the scope, the catalog size, the number of marketplaces and the state of the account, so a published rate card is usually wrong for most accounts. We read the account first and then send a written quote that sets out the scope and what it costs.
- How much does Amazon account management cost compared with PPC management alone?
- Full account management covers catalog, advertising, inventory and account health together, so it costs more than PPC management alone. If advertising really is the only problem, we will quote for PPC alone rather than sell you the larger scope.
- What does Amazon account management pricing depend on?
- Five things: whether you sell through Seller Central or Vendor Central, how much of the account we run, how many ASINs and marketplaces are involved, your monthly ad spend, and whether the account needs repair before regular management starts.
- Do you charge a percentage of ad spend or sales?
- No. A fee tied to ad spend pays the agency more when the budget rises, whether or not the extra spend is profitable. Our quotes are based on the work the account needs.
- Is there a setup fee or long contract?
- Any setup or repair phase is listed on the quote as its own line with its own timeframe, so you can see what it is for. The quote also states the notice period in writing.
- How do I get a quote?
- Use the contact page. Send the marketplace, the channel (Seller Central or Vendor Central), roughly how many ASINs you sell and your monthly ad spend band. We reply within one working day with a written read of the account and a quote.
